Dan Gratton
President & CEO

Dan has over 7 years’ experience in the inspection, energy management and thermal imaging service areas. Having participated and performed in over 300 commercial building and residential inspections, energy management projects, electrical inspections, arc flash studies and thermal imaging project globally.

Dan is a Certified Level 3 UAV Pilot Operator and a FLIR (ITC) Certified Level III Thermographer, spending the last 7 years as the former founder, President & Chief Thermographer of Gratton Infrared Services Inc., Arc Flash Advisors Ltd., and Managing Director at AFA Ghana Ltd. Dan also spent time as a Managing Director in Saudi Arabia setting up a JV partnership. Dan has also been President & CEO of Canadian Private Investigation Service Ltd. since 2015 and looks to bring UAV security, surveillance, emergency response solutions to Aerial View Labs Inc.

As a former professional hockey player and an experienced entrepreneur, Dan has a passion to create and develop which has been proven throughout his years of experience in sport, business development and sales across several industries. Dan is now dedicated to making UAV/drone technology and services accessible and affordable across all sectors via Aerial View Labs Inc. Dan is a member of Un-Manned Systems Canada and holds a Restricted Operator Certificate With Aeronautical Qualification (ROC-A) and is a Licensed Private Investigator.

Dale George
Operations Manager

Dale George graduated with honors in Industrial Design at Georgian College of Applied Arts & Technology. Dale has won many awards and scholarships including the prestigious Colleges of Ontario, Premier’s Award for Technology and the Design Canada Award.

Dale holds many design and intellectual patents and has over 35 years of flight and building experience with un-manned aircraft. He also is working with Transport Canada’s UAV regulations committee and was recently a guest lecturer on un-manned systems and operations for the Manitoba Aviation Council. Dale worked with the Ecuadorian Air Force to establish anti-poaching measures in the Galapagos Islands using un-manned aircraft technology.

Dale holds a Private Pilot’s license with many endorsements and is a member of the EAA, UPAC, MAAC and Un-Manned Systems Canada.

Sean Gordon
Creative Director | UAV Pilot

After studying literature and arts at Western University Sean attended film school at Fanshawe college and technical camera training at Sheridan college.

Sean’s background in film extends to multiple full length documentaries, short films, music videos, and commercial projects for businesses and independent productions large and small. With clients ranging from Manulife financial, Russel industries, tourism Ontario, Sean produced and directed video in environments ranging from boardrooms, to stadium concerts to Canadian wilderness. Sean has over five years experience as a professional real estate and architecture photographer.

Sean has a certificate in commercial UAS/UAV operations,  and has handled multiple operations from extreme sports, 3D mapping, to covering sail boat races. Sean’s excited to be on the forefront of deploying UAV technology to new sectors with Aerial View Labs. Sean is a member of Unmanned Systems and holds a Restricted Operator Certificate With Aeronautical Qualification (ROC-A)

Allan Lovett

Allan specializes in Corporate and Commercial law including the development of various business structures, incorporation’s, preparing and reviewing partnership and shareholder agreements, the purchase, sale, reorganization and financing of businesses and reviewing commercial leases and franchise agreements. Allan also practices in commercial and residential real estate, wills and estate planning and estate administration.

In addition, Allan has an interest in advising clients with respect to various business related agreements, as well as contracts for all levels of employees and independent contractors and employment issues such as workplace policies, progressive discipline issues, restrictive covenants and terminations.

Allan is a graduate of the Wilfrid Laurier University School of Business and Economics with an honours degree in Business Administration. He completed his law degree at the University of Ottawa in 2007 and was called to the Bar in 2008.

Bruce Beswick

Bruce currently handles Canadian Security and Operations with Unmanned Aircraft International. Bruce has over 25 years as a pilot, soldier, officer and more in the Canadian Military, which has provided Bruce with the opportunity to lead or collaborate in projects associated with risk assessment, security, construction, the environment, engineering, simulation, distributed mission training through synthetic environments, mining, oil & gas, logistics and much more. If the projects are different, unusual or a challenge – Bruce can often provide a unique perspective that adds value.
